A non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit is required to book.
Due to limited space, no extra guests are permitted inside appointment.
Cancelled appointments with 48hrs of appointment time will results in lost of deposit/appointment total or $50 reschedule fee for services under one-hundred dollars, $75 reschedule fee for services over one-hundred dollars but not hair extension services, and/or $100 for all hair extension services, if the client would like to re-schedule.
All clients are subject to be photographed at HER Aesthetics. The photos are rightfully owned by HER Aesthetics. Upon scheduling with HER Aesthetics you agree to these terms and conditions.
Hair Extension Terms + Conditions
In addition to the appointment terms and conditions — hair extension install services require a deposit of 75% of service balance no less than 1 business week before installation servicing to ensure the extension preparations are complete and ready for install.
All hair extension maintenance appointments require a 50% deposit at booking and can be booked for same day service if there is availability.
Any concerns with hair extensions after leaving HER Aesthetics may incur a fee of up to $100. It is recommended that you address any concerns (i.e. tension, itching, poking, weft exposure, etc.) at the appointment. There are several checks that occur during your appointment to prevent discomfort during extension wear.
Shipping + Return Policy
When ordering from HER Aesthetics, LLC, we ask that you ensure the shipping address is correct in order to receive your package. Failure to do so will result in lost packaging which will in turn cost additional fees for re-shipping.
Regular shipping processing time is 1-2 business days Monday - Friday. Regular shipping takes 2-3 business days.
Express shipping processing time is 1-2 business days Monday - Friday. Express shipping takes 1-2 business days.
All packages are delivered by USPS.
Tracking information for all orders will be provided 1 business day after processing via email.
No changes can be made to your order once the order is placed.
